Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart (Luke 18:1 NKJV)

The Lord Jesus was very prayerful when He walked the earth. The Bible says, and in the morning, rising a great while before day, he went out and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed (mark 1:35).

Our man of God has always told us to take prayer seriously in our lives and he emphasized during The Haven International Convention for us to be watchful and prayerful.

Until we pray we will never see the manifestation and glory of God in our lives. It’s important that when we pray, we pray with compassion in our hearts towards what we are praying about.

Having an effective prayer life isn’t just so we could fulfill some religious obligations, no! Prayer is a privilege; it’s a right given to us to communicate with the father in faith, through His Word, and by the Holy Spirit. That opportunity that is given to us to pray is something the father always wants us to cease.
