Such a promise, Pastor said, is legally binding; and it is a criminal offense for it to fail. These are the kind of promises given to us in the Scriptures – they are backed with fulfillment. They are real already, waiting for whenever you want them “cashed.” And how do you cash them? It’s by speaking God’s language; and declaring words of faith in agreement with God.
