MAKE PRAYER A LIFESTYLE

In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out (Eph 6:18 MSG)

Prayer is a lifestyle and giving time to prayer is very important. The reason why we pray is to spend time in fellowship with God, not to let him know that we are serious about our objectives.

As you pray God sees your desire, and God does not ignore a strong desire- a strong desire to know Him, walk with Him and do His will.
That strong desire birth’s an unquenchable urge to pray.

When you begin that fellowship it won’t be long before the spirit of intercession comes on you and you’ll find out that you are constantly praying.

“O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is (Psalm 63:1)

Speaking in tongues is a great blessing for every Christian, with inexhaustible benefits. Christians who speak in tongues often are hardly ever sick, fearful or discouraged; they’re on top always, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.

Prayer brings rest, peace, and calmness. This reminds me of an encounter between Jesus and His disciples in the boat Matt 8: 23-27. The disciples could not stop the storm because they allowed fear to get inside of them. When they needed to overcome it, what came out from them was the storm (fear). Eventually, they had to wake Jesus up, who had peace in Him. He was calm and that was why He could calm down the storm.

*Don’t ignore prayer it’s an important tool for life!!
